Each Independent Director of SBIPL Projects Limited is appointed for a term of five years and is not liable to retire by rotation, in accordance with Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Familiarisation & Training Programme
The Company conducts a familiarisation programme for its Independent Directors covering their roles, rights, and responsibilities, the nature of the industry in which the Company operates, and the business model of the Company, in compliance with Regulation 25(7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
