Ms. Pravita Khandelwal

Ms. Pravita Khandelwal has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 13, 2026. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with an overall experience of more than 7 years. She currently works as the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Continental Securities Limited, and has previously worked with Kedia Construction Company Limited. Her experience in securities, corporate governance and compliance supports the Company in framing a strong corporate governance structure.
