Mr. Kumar Naveen

Mr. Kumar Naveen is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, appointed with effect from February 14, 2026. He is a qualified Company Secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2023, with around 3 years of experience in secretarial matters. He looks after the overall corporate governance and secretarial matters of the Company.
