Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade

Mr. Vipul Vishnu Awaghade is an Independent Director of the Company, associated with the Company since January 16, 2026. He has been a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2021 and holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI, obtained in 2020. He is currently a partner at Mahesh Chandra and Associates, Chartered Accountants, with approximately 9 years of professional experience in taxation, statutory audit, internal audit, regulatory compliance and advisory services, including work with SEBI-regulated intermediaries, listed companies, LLPs, trusts and Section 8 companies.
